While no gift is too small, the Sound Beach Volunteer Fire Department is extremely thankful to the individuals and businesses that have been able to contribute major gifts to help support the department’s mission. Major gifts are contributions made to the Department that are usually designated for a specific use.
Some of the categories of major gift contributions include:
- SCUBA Rescue & Recovery Team
- Communications (i.e. mobile and portable radios)
- Vehicle acquisitions
- Grant cost-share assistance
- Explorer Program
- Training (specifically for the Technical Rescue Team)
The department welcomes contributions to a specific area or towards the Annual Giving program.
